The role of companies in STEM education: a framework for impact

Dear Madam/Sir

Key to Europe’s future economic success and competitiveness is to maintain a highly skilled workforce, especially in the areas related to STEM education (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics). To tackle stereotypes and increase the attractiveness of STEM careers, it is of vital importance to increase collaboration between business, schools, policy makers and other stakeholders.

To this end, CSR Europe has launched the “Deploy your talents – stepping up the STEM agenda for Europe” project. CSR Europe will develop a practical benchmark assessment tool (STEM-π) that can help companies to identify strengths and weaknesses.

In support to the development of this tool, you are invited to a roundtable that will bring together experts in STEM education and STEM projects.
