As a leading European payroll and HR services provider, SD Worx provides a wide range of solutions to customers worldwide including payroll and HR, legal support, training, automation, consulting and outsourcing. SD Worx is comprised of more than 3,900 employees operating in ten countries to serve more than 63,000 large and small organisations across the globe.

Ever since SD Worx was established – and the company celebrated its 70th anniversary in 2015 – the company has attached considerable importance to their role in society.

In addition to motivating their employees to actively contribute to their CSR agenda, SD Worx has established the SD Worx Fund to provide financial and professional support to specific projects of professional organisations that:

  1. prepare underprivileged people directly or indirectly for employment
  2. help underprivileged people remain active on the labour market
  3. ensure that underprivileged people can return to the labour market after an absence so that they can take a dignified part in economic life.
