CSR Europe launches EU Helpdesk to address members’ EU-related inquiries

CSR Europe has launched a brand new service as a part the EU offer for members called the EU Helpdesk.

The objective of this helpdesk is to support members' work with additional EU Intelligence on the latest EU policy and legislative developments related to CSR and sustainable development.

The helpdesk allows members to find answers on the state of play of the main EU dossiers followed by our organisation and its network.

At the same time, CSR Europe members can ask questions in order to clarify doubts related to EU initiatives and legislation currently under discussion in Brussels. The database of questions will be updated on a bi-weekly basis, in order to add new questions and update replies when necessary.

All the answers will be posted on our website in the form of a ‘Question & Answer’ online platform which can be consulted by members at any time. The questions and answers are clustered according to CSR Europe’s main areas of work:

  1.  Management & Transparency
  2.  European Pact for Youth
  3.  Source for Good
  4.  Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as part of our Sustainable Business Exchange programme

If you are a member of CSR Europe but do not have a member account on our website, please register one to access the service.

If you have already registered but have forgotten your login details, please contact Davide Castro (dc@csreurope.org).

Please be aware that the EU Helpdesk is a service provided only to CSR Europe corporate members and national partners. To access this online platform, you first need to become a member of CSR Europe.

We hope that you will find this new service useful and look forward to receiving your questions!
