CSR Europe, partner of the Disability Hub Europe

 

CSR Europe has joined the Disability Hub (D-Hub), a new European initiative led by Fundación ONCE and co-funded by the European Social Fund.The aim is to build a reference space to work on the binomial Disability and Sustainability. CSR Europe will co-organise the Launch event of the D-Hub on 21st March 2019 at the European Parliament. The event aims to present and discuss what D-Hub has to offer and how multi-stakeholder alliances can foster social and labour inclusion of people with disabilities in Europe, while promoting inclusive and sustainable businesses. CSR Europe Board Election – voting takes place now!

 

The CSR Europe Board Election has kicked off on 29th January. The election, which aims to renew CSR Europe’s Board of Directors, will run until 18th February 2019. Only corporate and National Partners Organisations are eligible to vote. Read more

CleanLM game helps your organization achieve carbon neutrality

 

CSR Europe, in partnership with LM Wind Power and Green Network, can help your organization to go green by raising awareness and engaging employees and other key stakeholders on how they can help to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. LM Wind Power developed a simple and fun game that simulates what it takes for an organization to go carbon neutral. CSR Europe is organising training to show how it works from the boardroom and throughout any organisation. Read more

EC releases Reflection Paper 'Towards a Sustainable Europe 2030'

 

CSR Europe proudly announces the release of the Reflection Paper: Towards a Sustainable Europe 2030, to which it has contributed by providing inputs to the EU SDG Platform and co-authored its appeals to the European Commission. CSR Europe will organise a webinar for its members on the 28th of February to provide an overview and comments on the Reflection Paper. Read more

New Pilot Investigation into Workforce Transitions

 

Join CSR Europe’s action and become the employer of choice for future focused career. CSR Europe and its national partners are exploring a new company-led pilot project on workforce transitions. Supported by the JPMC Foundation, the aim is to gather companies to pilot new HR interventions, support training and employee mobility of vulnerable employees at risk of job loss. Launch Event: Blueprint on Tax transparency and responsible tax behaviour

 

Tax is increasingly becoming an unavoidable issue for companies. CSR Europe, together with PwC Netherlands, have developed a Blueprint to collect examples of some specific measures and initiatives implemented by companies in this area, which can serve as inspiration for industry peers who are striving to become more responsible and transparent on their tax policies and payments. The blueprint will be launched in collaboration with Accountancy Europe on 21st March in Brussels and will give participants the opportunity to learn about this work and hear about examples from companies featured in the publication.
