At the event, BITCI will announce new ambitions for its Low Carbon Pledge and unveil plans for its 20th anniversary celebrations in 2020 including a major conference next year.

In addition, at the event, BITCI will publicly congratulate the latest companies to achieve its Business Working Responsibility Mark, Ireland’s audited standard for sustainability and CSR. Over 30 companies have achieved it to date. Companies who achieve the Mark can then join the Leaders’ Group on Sustainability, its coalition of CEOs dedicated to collaboratively working together on solutions around climate change and diversity and inclusion. The Low Carbon Pledge derived from this Group and to date 51 companies have committed to the pledge.
