10 CSR Europe member companies ranked in Equileap gender equality report

Equileap, a non-profit organisation set up to accelerate progress towards gender equality at work, has published the first cross-sector ranking showing how well the world’s top public companies, across all sectors and countries, perform on gender equality.

Ten CSR Europe member companies have made it into the ranking, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to gender balance in leadership and workforce, equal compensation and work/life balance, policies promoting gender equality, and women’s empowerment. 

CSR Europe member companies included in the ranking: L’Oréal, Sodexo, Engie, Orange, Intesa Sanpaolo, IBM, Coca Cola, BBVA, Total, BASF.
