Training offer on business and human rights for CSR Europe members' affiliates

Last month we publicised an upcoming series of business and human rights local training workshops starting in June to support members' affiliates in advancing their knowledge on business and human rights implications for their business.

The series responds to the ongoing challenge of moving from awareness to action, especially at a local level. Companies must consider human rights impacts as part of every consequential business decision. In addition to strengthening knowledge on business and human rights implications, the workshops will clarify how to integrate them in their policies and processes.

Starting from June 2017 until early 2018, a first round of local training workshops will be carried out in:

  • Finland:  June 2, 2017  (Organized and provided by FIBS and Fair Trade Association. Open to companies operating in food sector.)
  • China (Beijing):  June 8, 2017
  • Albania:  TBD
  • Croatia:  TBD
  • Greece:  TBD
  • Poland:  TBD
  • Portugal:  TBD
  • Spain:  TBD

Members’ affiliates can register and attend free of charge.
